Order Cancelations
Order Cancellation PolicyAt Shaman Hapé Tribe, we understand that plans can change and orders may need to be canceled. Customers are welcome to request a cancellation within 3 hours of placing their order. If the cancellation request is submitted within that time frame, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method once our team reviews and responds to the request. To initiate this process, please submit a cancellation ticket through our Support page so that we can assist you promptly.
Please note that cancellations cannot be granted after 3 hours from the time the order was placed, as we begin processing and preparing your package shortly after. If you wish to return a package that has already been shipped or received, you may do so under our Return and Refund Policy. Refunds for returned items will only be issued if the package is unopened and meets our return guidelines.
