What may your products special?
Our sacred plant medicines come directly from the hands and hearts of the Yawanawá, Huni Kuin, and Shanenawa peoples—Indigenous tribes who have carried and protected these spiritual tools for countless generations. Every blend of hapé, every drop of sananga we offer is crafted with intention, guided by tradition, and blessed within the ceremonial context from which it originates.
While many online shops in the U.S. now sell hapé and sananga, the deeper spiritual essence is often lost, diluted by commercial interests, compromised by poor sourcing, or disconnected from the ancestral energy that gives these medicines their true potency.
We are devoted to honoring the sacredness of these medicines. That means offering only the highest-quality, energetically potent products—never mass-produced, never spiritually disconnected. When you purchase from us, you are receiving medicine that is alive with purpose, prepared in prayer, and offered in deep respect for the wisdom keepers who share it with the world.
How long does it take to get my order?
We offer USPS economy shipping, which typically takes 5–7 business days for delivery, as well as premium shipping options through UPS, including next-day and 2-day delivery. Please keep in mind that these estimated timeframes do not account for unexpected delays caused by weather, economic shifts, or other logistical nuances beyond our control.
Additionally, we ask for 2–3 business days of handling time before your order is shipped. This allows us to prepare your package with the care, intention, and respect that these sacred medicines deserve, ensuring that each item is sent to you in alignment with the spirit in which it was created.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. For economy shipping, we offer USPS First-Class Mail International, which typically takes between 14 to 21 business days, depending on your location. For those who seek quicker delivery, we also offer UPS International expedited options, including UPS Next Day and Two-Day Delivery.
Please note that all international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means any applicable import fees, VAT, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your purchase total. These fees may be required to clear your package through customs, and unfortunately, we are unable to estimate these costs in advance.
Shaman Hapé currently ships to a select list of countries, including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, San Marino, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom (UK).
At this time, we do not ship to Asia, Africa, or Antarctica. We are deeply grateful to share these sacred medicines globally and appreciate your understanding of international customs and policies.
Can you ship to PO Box?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes when you select USPS as your shipping method. However, please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, so if you choose one of our expedited UPS shipping options, a physical street address will be required.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Yes, we do offer refunds and exchanges under specific conditions. For Hapé blends and Sananga, we accept returns within 4 days of delivery.
All other products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way.
Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Store credits are valid for online purchases and must be used within 12 months of issuance. If you need an item quickly, the fastest way to exchange is to place a new order while your return is being processed.
Refunds typically take 7–10 business days for domestic orders and 10–20 business days for international orders to appear, depending on your payment method and bank processing times. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy page or contact us with any questions.
Why isn't my coupon working?
If your coupon isn’t working, it may be due to a few common reasons. The coupon code might be expired or not applicable to sale items, as many of our discounts do not stack with ongoing promotions.
Additionally, only one coupon code can be applied per order, and coupons cannot be used on subscription purchases, which already include a built-in discount on all eligible items. If you're still having trouble, feel free to reach out to us—we’re happy to help clarify or assist with your order.
How is my order packaged? Is it discreet?
Do I need to be trained or initiated to use these sacred medicines?
We provide sacred medicines and spiritual tools from the indigenous peoples of the Yawanawa, Huni Kuin, and Shanenawa tribes. These items are intended for spiritual and educational use, not for medical purposes. While no formal initiation is required, we offer educational materials to guide new users in their journey.
Additionally, we provide training on how to properly use these sacred medicines, ensuring a respectful and informed approach. Always remember, our offerings are meant to support your spiritual growth and understanding.
Are your products safe to use with other medicines or conditions?
Our shamanic medicines and tools are safe for healthy individuals and have been tested for heavy metals and other substances to ensure their quality and safety.
However, we are not qualified to diagnose or treat any medical conditions. If you are dealing with any health conditions or are taking other medications, we strongly recommend consulting your primary healthcare professional before using our products. Your well-being is important, and it's always best to seek personalized advice from a medical expert.
