Take a minute and review our refund policyHere at Shaman Hapé, your satisfaction is our priority. Most of our products are ethically sourced from indigenous tribes of Brazil and carry deep cultural and spiritual significance. As such, our refund policy varies depending on the product category.
Inidginious Medicines
We offer a 4-day return policy for our Hapé blends and Sananga. You have 4 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging. Our Hapé blends are enhanced with intentional healing energy; therefore, we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened or used. The same terms apply to Sananga products.
Please note: Refunds will be declined if returned Hapé blends or Sananga medicine are found to be less than the original measured amount.
Refund Policy for All Other Products
For all other products offered by Shaman Hapé—including tools, accessories, jewelry, and ceremonial items—we provide a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items returned in compromised condition may not be eligible for a refund. We encourage you to handle all sacred tools with care and intention.
Damaged Goods:
We do facilitate returns if a product arrives damaged. If your item arrives in a broken or compromised condition, please contact us immediately at [email protected]
To process a return, we require clear photos of the damaged product and its original packaging.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued for items damaged in transit.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product, the quickest way is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
Initiating Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method, which may take 10 business days to appear on your credit/debit account.
If it’s been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, feel free to reach out to us.

By making a purchase from our Shamanic store, you acknowledge and agree to our Refund Policy, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation Policy.
